Ingredients:
- 500 g lamb shoulder
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- flour in an amount sufficient
- 1/3 cup butter1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 cup lamb stock
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water tea
Preparation of lamb with carrots meatballs:
To prepare the recipe for lamb meatballs with carrots:
- Chop the meat, add the carrots and onions. Add the beaten egg, salt and rosemary. Mix well and shape into balls. Coat the meatballs. Brown them in butter.
- Pour the tomato juice and the lamb, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch mixture in cold water.
