Lamb meatballs with carrots

Perfect, a true delight
Ingredients:

  •  500 g lamb shoulder 
  •  2 carrots, chopped 
  •  1 onion, chopped 
  •  1/4 teaspoon rosemary 
  •  flour in an amount sufficient 
  •  1/3 cup butter1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup lamb stock 
  •  1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  •  2 tablespoons cold water tea


Preparation of lamb with carrots meatballs:

To prepare the recipe for lamb meatballs with carrots:

  1. Chop the meat, add the carrots and onions. Add the beaten egg, salt and rosemary. Mix well and shape into balls. Coat the meatballs. Brown them in butter. 
  2. Pour the tomato juice and the lamb, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch mixture in cold water.
