Meatballs stuffed with mozzarella

A great meal for all ages , very tasty and friendly. Easy to do without any constraintMeatballs stuffed with mozzarella

ingredients:

  •  370 g beef and pork meat 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pinches of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried coffee 
  •  pepper 
  •  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  •  2 slices of bread 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ball of mozzarella 
  •  Olive oil for cooking 
  •  Spaghetti ( accompaniment) 
  •  Tomato sauce ( dish) or classic marinara

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° c . 
  2. In a bowl, mix the meat, salt , garlic powder, onion, finely chopped , oregano , pepper, Worcestershire sauce, crumble the bread and add the egg. 
  3. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture , forming the meat dumplings . Ask the meatballs on a plate and press lightly with your thumb in the center to form a hole . 
  4. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and place in the center of each hollow pellets. Close and roll , to restore the form of pellets.
  5. In a pan put a little olive oil and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. It should be nicely browned .
  6. Place meatballs in a baking dish . 
  7. Boil hot water for your pasta. Prepare the tomato sauce.
  8. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Serve meatballs, beef stuffed with mozzarella over pasta and a little tomato sauce.
  10. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  11. Serve meatballs, beef stuffed with mozzarella over pasta and a bit of tomato sauce or in a sandwich.
