Meatballs Whiting

Ingredients :

  •  1 kg of whiting fillets 
  •  2 onion 
  •  1 bunch parsley 
  •  1 stalk celery 
  •  3 eggs 
  •  3 slices of stale bread 
  •  3 cloves of it 
  •  1 small glass oil 
  •  1 teaspoon pepper 
  •  1 teaspoon cumin 
  •  1 teaspoon paprika 
  •  1 can of tomato paste 
  •  2 peppers 
  •  salt and pepper

Preparation of pellets whiting :


To prepare the dumplings recipe whiting :

  1. Dip sliced ​​bread in a bowl filled with water. flake , empty and completely remove the flesh whiting taking care to leave no edge. Chop in a blender , fish, parsley, celery leaves , garlic and onion.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan , place over medium heat. Make balls the size of a large walnut . Fry them in hot oil and put the sides. 
  4. Pour the remaining oil in a frying pan , add 1 crushed garlic clove , the el , pepper and contents of the can of tomato paste diluted in 1/4 of water. Mix and place over high heat .
  5. Dice boil, put the meatballs and peppers over low heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes until a smooth sauce .

Pour mixture into a dish and serve hot .
