Rice Fish

Rice Fish

Ingredients :

  •  750 grams of cod fillet 
  •  350 grams long grain rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 tbsp olive oil 
  •  1 teaspoon ground cumin 
  •  1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 
  •  juice of 1 lemon 
  •  1 bunch parsley 
  •  salt

Preparation of rice and fish :


To prepare the recipe of rice and fish :

  1. Bring 1/2 liter of water to boil in a pan , throw in the rice and cook it over low heat for 20 minutes. 
  2. Wash the fish in cold water , wipe , cut it into cubes . Peel onion and chop finely. 
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and let it brown oi ¬ gnon over medium heat . Add the fish. Flavor with cumin , coriander , salt, lemon juice and cook everything on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat . 
  4. Wash the parsley , shake it and chop it finely . Drain the rice in a colander. Add it to the contents of the pan with the parsley , mix it thoroughly and heat over low heat for a moment .

Serve the rice hot fish.
