For the puree :
1 kg of potatoes
20 ounces of milk
1 tablespoon cream
50 grams of butter
salt
nutmeg (optional)

For the mince :

1 onion
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
25 grams of butter
salt and pepper
Preparation:

Finally ... For faster , use mashed sachet recipe , taste is not the same but it can troubleshoot .The butter can be entirely replaced by olive oil.
