Shepherd's Pie

Shepherds-Pie
Super easy to do ! And it's too good ! Yum ! I had no cheese so I have not been , and that is was still delicious !ingredients:
    
For the puree :
    
1 kg of potatoes
    
20 ounces of milk
    
1 tablespoon cream
    
50 grams of butter
    
salt
    
nutmeg (optional)
    
100 grams of grated cheese



    
For the mince :
    
500 grams of ground beef
    
1 onion
    
1 shallot
    
2 cloves of garlic
    
1 carrot
    
25 grams of butter
    
salt and pepper
Preparation:

  1. Shepherd's Pie : Step 11Hacher onion, garlic and shallot . 
  2. Peel and cut the carrot into very small dice .
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  4. Cook the potatoes in salted water or milk (be careful to watch for milk may overflow when it boils ) about 30 minutes. 
  5. Saute 1 minute carrots in butter then add the onion, garlic and shallot . Allow an additional 1 minute. 
  6. Add the meat. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring . 
  7. Pass the potatoes through a food mill or ricer and add the butter, milk , cream and salt well . Stir quickly . 
  8. Place the meat in a baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Finish with cheese .
  9. spend 10 minutes in a hot oven and broil 2 minutes .

Finally ... For faster , use mashed sachet recipe , taste is not the same but it can troubleshoot .The butter can be entirely replaced by olive oil.
